Fried Ravioli

I found this recipe on Pinterest and thought it was worth a try.

I rarely fry anything, but i thought this would be a great idea for leftover ravioli
(when there actually are any)
and so i pinned it to my noms pinboard use later.

So we had some leftover ravioli's and so i decided i would give it a try.  These are just freezer cheese filled ravioli's cooked and then refrigerated.

I altered the recipe only a little, like I used Italian seasoning, a little ranch mix, tons of garlic salt (my weakness!!)  and some garlic powder and my secret weapon to make anything delicious, ground mustard.
It makes everything taste better!  I use it on just about everything

So i just beat a few eggs and dipped the ravioli first then coated completely with the bread crumb mixture...

Then I tossed them into the pan with the preheated oil and went NUTS!

They smelled freakin amazing!

When my husband walked in the door from work he could hardly contain himself!  I had told him about this idea before and he was stoked to try it.

This is all that was left after only like 10 minutes between me him and the kids.
They were crazy good!
The marinara sauce really completed the deal.
We also dipped them in ranch dip
(my other weakness!!!)

I highly suggest that if you haven't tried this yet that you do so immediately!
Great use of leftovers and everyone will love it!
These would really be awesome for an hors d'ourves night or to take to a party!

I'd love to hear what you thought of it in the comments section below!
