Lackadaisicats -- Your Keyboard Cats

For you Cat owners out there 

(or sometimes more accurately out "cat-owned" out there)

Finding your cat resting on your keyboard pressing every ungodly combination of keys is no surprise

EVER.  

(What is that about anyway??)

Anyway, One day when Claymore was deliberately blocking my way to the keyboard and monitor it occurred to me, that if he wouldn't move out of my way then I would just use him!  

Which led to this idea of the "Lackadaisicat"!

(like "lackadaisical" ya get it? huh?)

So I measured the length of my keyboard and got busy sketching out a pattern

I gave them "thumbs" like my sweet polydactyl baby.

Check out those mitts...

(he has 7 toes on his left paw and 6 on his right)

Anywho, I made them extra long and lanky

I left their legs, "arms" and tails unstuffed so they would come off more lazy and floppy....

ya know, like a real cat. :3

I added a little curl to the end of the tail

so here's a whole clowder of them

A group of cats is called a "clowder" (Thank You Dr. Sheldon Cooper)

I attached their heads after they were stuffed, so these are just positioned here temporarily

My favorite was the one with the pillow ticking, My aunt bought him.

 These Guys also make great Neck "pillows" because they are long enough to go around and they are full of poly-pellets in the middle!

My mom broke her neck in a car accident a couple years ago and so I made this one especially for her as a dual-purpose Lackadaisicat.
