This is one of those little pieces of advice that sounds so simple,
but in practice can be a bit more difficult.
Take the time to talk out your problems.
Don't go to bed angry.
Anger is a mind killer. It ruins days and hurts feelings.
Most times following advice like this is very difficult, but remember:
“Nothing in the world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty…"
With extreme effort comes extreme reward!
